WHAT WE DO

  • Investing in property can be one of the biggest decisions you make

  • Whilst there maybe long term benefits, its not without risks. It can be both expensive and time consuming

  • Its therefore critical to use the right architects, project managers and financing programs to achieve your goals

  • Done properly, you can reap the rewards of the investment*

  • We have a wide range of contacts in the property business and select only a handful of projects each year, undertaking critical maintenance and transformation programs

  • Whilst we don't market services directly to the public, we do sometimes receive recommendations through our network of international contacts


HOW WE OPERATE

  • We operate shared ownership schemes, meaning we help you invest in property in the short term, whilst we jointly share the rewards with you in the long term

  • We recommend that you take a balanced view of the investment programs, and the risks and rewards and never rush into these decisions*

  • Residents and occupiers of properties are not permitted to make alterations to our shared investment properties (either internally or externally) without our permission, including land boundaries. There are no exceptions.

  • Where necessary, we may take legal action to protect the value of our investments.

  • You may be required to install security systems and CCTV as part of our remote monitoring service

  • We do not seek unsolicited offers for investment or partnership, and conduct our own in-house research thoroughly

  • We never approach members of the public directly with proposals

  • All client details are held securely and not shared with third parties, without prior permission
